Elevation Spine & Sports Medicine is owned & operated by Dr. Konner Ackerman, DC, CCSP®, MS, ATC with the support of Dr. Sydney Meyer, DC, MS and Dr. Jerry Jacob, PT, DPT.
Dr. Konner and Dr. Sydney are both former competitive gymnasts and athletes and Dr. Jerry has a background in treating professional athletes with the Texas Rangers, FC Dallas, Dallas Cowboys and various other MLB and NFL organizations. Our doctors have extensive education and certifications in athletic training and sports medicine, human biology, exercise physiology, and evidence-based chiropractic care and physical therapy. Together they make a great team, treating patients from wellness and maintenance cases to chronic or complicated cases with a sports medicine and evidence-based approach to care.

Yes, We Accept Insurance!
We accept and are contracted with certain health insurance companies. We are in network with BlueCross BlueShield and United Healthcare. We are more than happy to run your benefits and see if we are considered in network and what those costs would look like. Otherwise, we do allow time of service cash rates as well if you do not want to use insurance or if you do not have insurance.
We accept health insurance, FSA and HSA.
