What is Functional Movement Screen Testing?

A functional movement screen or assessment/test is an assessment that allows a provider, such as a chiropractor or sports medicine doctor, to assess how well a person's body is function via the neuromusculoskeletal system by combining range of motion or mobility testing and muscle testing where muscles are working together in synchrony to evaluate if there are injuries in specific areas of the body or if there is a risk for injuries in specific areas of the body.
