What is Nerve Entrapment?
A term used to describe when a nerve gets caught between layers of soft tissue where it potentially gets "stuck" and cannot slide and glide along its path appropriately or is even getting compressed, resulting in nerve-related symptoms such as nerve pain, numbness, tingling, weakness or changes in reflexes.

Nerve entrapments can result in numbness/tingling or even pins and needles in the area where the entrapment exists. There can also be electrical or intense stretching type pain.
